Globus

Globus is an online platform designed to manage and distribute files across multiple systems. It allows both internal and external users to access specific folders with appropriate permissions.

How to Use Globus

To begin using Globus, follow these steps:

  • Create a Globus account.
  • Request access to our project.
  • Upload or access datasets.

Account Creation

  1. Visit the Globus website.

  2. Click on LOG IN.

  3. Sign in using one of the available options:

    • Organization
    • GitHub
    • Google
    • ORCID
  4. After logging in, navigate to SETTINGS > Account.

  5. Click the arrow next to your identity to view identity details.

  6. Send your identity details to [email protected] and [email protected].

Request Access

Once you've sent your identity details, we will grant you access to the necessary dataset folders.

Upload Datasets

Once you have been granted access, follow these steps to upload datasets or access shared folders:

  1. Navigate to the FILE MANAGER.

  2. In the search bar, find the TETRA MLOps4ECM collection.

  3. Click on the "Upload" button to the right.

  4. Provide the necessary consent to upload data.

  5. Upload the desired files or folders to Globus.

  6. After uploading, notify the responsible person in the research group that new data has been added.
